Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its artisanal packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Process
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at support@tootau.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to our logistics center.
